Your personal data

What we collect

Your name, company, email, phone number and message; the details of your project (type, schedule, indicative budget, locations, crew size) or of your studio booking (date, length, use, number of people); and any file you attach. We also record the language of the form and the page you are writing from. Your IP address is not recorded with your request.

Why

To answer your request and talk with you about your project. We do not use this information for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who can see it

The Public Media Prod team, and the technical providers that run the site: Vercel (hosting) and Resend (sending emails). Some of their servers may be located outside Morocco.

How long we keep it

The site does not keep your requests: they reach us by email, with any attached file. We keep those emails as long as it takes to handle your request and follow up on our conversations.

Your rights

Under Moroccan Law 09-08 of 18 February 2009 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access and correct your data, and to object on legitimate grounds. You may also contact Morocco’s data protection authority, the CNDP.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. One technical cookie remembers the language you are viewing it in.
